This hotel features a beautiful room with a balcony that offers a fantastic view of the valley, and the friendly staff has great manners.

the location couldn't be more marvellous close to everything. the staff were amicable and superbly friendly and assisted us with private parking. we really enjoyed rooms with a balcony overlooking the valley.

walking distance to blue bean love, where you can have lunch. we would recommend it to those visiting hepburn springs.

I had a fantastic experience at this charming and homely hotel. the location is excellent, conveniently situated not far from the Entrance Town Centre. it's just a short distance from nearby restaurants and the beautiful Hepburn Springs park area.

A nice place to stay. A lovely relaxed homely house with a fantastic library and open fire. A great place to have a weekend away and simply relax. I would stay there again.

Room was lovely, very restful decoration, very comfortable bed, good shower and we could bring the dog

The views of the valley and cockatoos were great. the affable staff welcomed us warmly. the hotel's position was fantastic, close to attractions in Hepburn and the Hepburn Spring park area. We were also recommended a local restaurant upon arrival.

Was a nice little guest house with a home cooked breakfast and not too expensive. Nothing flash but nice for a couple of days away.

Has become a little rundown and nothing is provided other than a roof and bed. Clean and comfy but the place is tired. I think the owners are done with catering to people and it shows.

We were so close to the Hepburn Spa Baths. We were able to walk there for the afternoon.

The self contained room was really nice. It was quite big and cosy, very new and clean. It had large windows looking out to the tree surroundings. Very nice!
